Welcome to Holland!

In Holland there are plenty of bargains if you shop around. Many hotel, restaurant, store, museums and entertainment prices haven not gone up by much, if at all, in the past 2 years, and some have even come down.

Holland has a wonderful tourist organization called The Association for Tourist Traffic, known simply as the VVV (pronounced vay-vay-vay) with over 400 offices around Holland. VVV offices help with travel arrangements, tell you what is happening where & plenty more. Anywhere you travel in the Netherlands, you can expect to find a local VVV office, usually near the rail station or on the town main square. If driving, you will see blue-and-white VVV signs posted along major routes into town to direct you to the office.
